IF: Capable

So I decided to start up the Illustration Friday topic to get myself moving and have more than trees to show off. And I think "capable" is a great word to start with don't you think?

Done with sepia ink.

  1. Lovely ink drawing! Your details are great, and that bear is so cute (and outstanding moral support, I'm sure)!

  2. Love the silhouettes in the foreground. The spectators add an element of narrative to the whole thing. Love the work you have on the blog and look forward to seeing more.

  3. I agree, the foreground makes a good frame. I like your work ... every illustrator needs a good tree, yes?! What is your thesis about?

    1. Thank you. Trees are fun and more people should draw them.

It's actually the Grimm Fairytale The Juniper Tree. Just drawing parts from it.
